1. On the day of arrival, the hotel will pre-authorize the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. If the card is not authorized, the reservation is subject to availability, and in case of high occupancy, the unguaranteed reservation will be automatically canceled.

2. For stays of more than one night, if the guest does not arrive at the hotel, a "no-show" fee will be applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, covering only the first night of the reserved room plus applicable taxes. The remainder of the stay will be automatically canceled.

3. There will be an extra charge for each additional person (over 11 years old).

4. The maximum occupancy will depend on the type of room reserved. The cost varies according to the hotel room type: single, double, triple, or quadruple.

6. Your reservation confirmation code will be generated.

1. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, no charge will apply.

2. If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival, 25% of the reservation cost will be charged.

3. If you cancel before your arrival date, 50% of the reservation cost will be charged.

4. If you do not show up on the day of your reservation, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
